Our Story
In 2014, Xplore Services laid its foundation in Sydney after the director had accumulated 7 years experiences from a frontliner to managing a team of 30 fundraiser in F2F fundraising. Now Xplore services is one of the leading fundraising agency operating successfully in four countries. We have enormous, dedicated team of fundraisers working with us to deliver the quality results to assist our charity clients to support their beneficiaries. We Xplorer believe in quality, performance and professionalism.
Xplore Services was established in 2014 with the director himself and a small team of passionate fundraisers. 7 years after, we have sharpened our skills as well as expanded our territories. Our teams are now based in NSW, ACT, WA and Queensland, however our footprints go across each corner of Australia.
India has always been adventurous yet a huge potential market for face-to-face fundraising considering the massive population. Xplore started the operation from 2020 and is now hosting a team of 20 fundraisers in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
In 2020, Xplore stepped into Indonesia with innovative ideas and techniques to discover this emerging market. Our team of 20 fundraisers are now based in Jakarta as central point and satellite surrounding areas to ensure we capture the maximum market.
The latest territory to explore. With the immense experience we have acquired through international market, Xplore is ready to set foot in Auckland and Wellington to bring our tremendous techniques to our charity partners.

Xplore has developed an effective and high -performance training system that blends in well with best practices in the fundraising industry. This ensures ethical fundraising practices driven by passion and being cause centric. Our teams are expertly trained to be thankful, respectful and culturally sensitive.
Xplore is a member of the public fundraising regulatory association (‘PFRA’) in Australia and in a process to become a member of PFRA New Zealand. The role of PFRA is to ensure that the right balance is maintained between the duty of charities to ask for donations and the right of the public to experience high standards of behavior from members to fundraisers.
Xplore is committed to ethical fundraising practices, and this is ensured through our best practice training, coaching and mentoring system for the people that work for us. Our training and coaching use recommended best practices from the fundraising institute of Australia and other top regulatory bodies across the globe.
